Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy for Kikoh Reiki.

 

To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we enforce the following policy:

 

Notice: Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations: Less than 48-hour notice will incur a 50% session fee charge.

 

No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a full session fee charge.

 

Contact: To cancel or reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours ahead via phone or email.

 

Exceptions: Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be considered for exceptions.

 

Practitioner's Time: Please respect our practitioners' schedules.

 

Rebooking: Clients may need to rebook based on availability for cancellations within 48 hours.
