Cancellation Policy

Kikoh Reiki 48-Hour Cancellation Policy Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) will result in a 50% session fee, while no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies. To cancel or reschedule, clients should contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours before their appointment. By scheduling, clients agree to this policy.
