Late Cancellations: Less than 48-hour notice will incur a 50% session fee charge. No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a full session fee charge. Contact: To cancel or reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours ahead via phone or email. Exceptions: Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be considered for exceptions. Practitioner's Time: Please respect our practitioners' schedules. Rebooking: Clients may need to rebook based on availability for cancellations within 48 hours.
